Coating results depend on the condition of the existing concrete. Moisture, prior coatings, cracks, and slab curing can affect preparation and outcome; where we identify a risk, we’ll discuss it before work begins. Please clear the area to be coated before your scheduled start.
Our flake garage system carries a lifetime warranty against delamination under normal residential use, subject to the terms on your written agreement. Warranty coverage varies by system and is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Coatings are temperature- and humidity-sensitive; start dates and cure times may shift with weather. We’ll give you walk-on and drive-on times for your specific floor, and ask that you follow them to protect your warranty.
Deposits and balances are due as stated on your quote or invoice.
